One thing is for sure - to see results you will always need Consistency first! My job is to make it easy for you. Effective programming. If you can't show up to camp.... You have Zoom.... If you can't make Zoom , you have the recorded live stream on Vimeo. Your excuses are very limited. I understand family, work sometimes, or sickness gets in the way... But that doesn't mean you just stop showing up or not getting back on track. Like I said a million times.. It takes consistency first and it takes 6 to 12 consistent months to change your subconscious to make fitness a habit. A lifestyle change. If you keep jumping on board and off board every other month then that ship never left it's dock. It won't go to your destination knowing you will come right back.. Don't wait til "the new year" To be consistent... That's all bullshit. Your coach, JJ
