Each month we focus on a 4-week program/phase. A system-based approach to programming whereby a series of consistent steps are followed at each phase and therefore a consistent predictable outcome can be determined.
In other words, they are not random workouts each day. After 4 weeks of a phase you'll see progression without the plateaus.
No matter when you start our focus is for you to perform foundational movements before you progress. We want to make sure your body is moving effectively and fluid.
