We are going to teach you how to eat without restrictions, guilt, or fad diets. We don't take the "eat this, not that" approach. Instead, we teach you the foundational skills that you'll need to practice to reach your goals and most of those have nothing to do with food choice. I'm not saying we won't coach you to recognize nutritionally dense, whole foods and recommend the most supportive foods. Food choice is crucial in supporting your goal, but when you have a system and strategies that take into consideration a crazy schedule, limited food choice, and times when you want to indulge, you'll find that it's easier to build new habits and you'll be more likely to stick with those habits long term.
