I started working out with JJ last Fall and I am so glad I did. His training style is an absolute fit for me. I have been slowly building my strength and notice the changes. I needed something more stable and slow paced after my three c-sections. JJ is great in pushing me, but not pushing me to the point where I can't handle it. I highly recommend trying DWF. JJ is a great trainer and very personable. You can tell from his workouts that he passionate for his work and his people and strives to bring the best!
